Terms of Service

Last updated March 15, 2026.

Please read these terms carefully before using FlightLinq websites, applications, or related services.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

These Terms of Service apply to FlightLinq websites, the web app, the desktop application, related downloads, and connected services we provide.

By creating an account, subscribing, accessing, or using FlightLinq, you agree to these terms and to any product-specific rules or limits shown in the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FlightLinq. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use FlightLinq.

2. Service Scope and Intended Use

FlightLinq provides software for virtual airline operations and flight simulation activities, including booking, ACARS and telemetry tracking, scoring, PIREP workflows, fleet controls, route management, event systems, finance tools, notifications, and analytics.

FlightLinq is not a real-world aviation dispatch, navigation, air traffic control, or safety-critical service. You are responsible for how you use any information produced by the platform.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the security of your account, and controlling access to your login credentials and devices.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized use. FlightLinq may require identity or ownership verification before acting on account-related requests.

Airline-level permissions, membership approvals, internal rules, and operational visibility may be controlled by airline owners and admins within the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse FlightLinq, interfere with service operation, bypass limits, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform except where law forbids restriction, scrape the service at abusive volume, or access accounts or data without authorization.

You may not use FlightLinq to commit fraud, impersonate another person or airline, upload malicious code, abuse integrations, or violate applicable law or the rules of connected third-party services.

5. Your Content and Platform Data

You retain ownership of content and information you submit to FlightLinq, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

You grant FlightLinq a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and display your submitted content and operational data as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.

This includes account profile information, airline settings, flight plans, telemetry, logs, PIREPs, uploaded assets, support messages, and other materials you submit or generate through use of FlightLinq.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

Paid features and airline limits are offered under the plan, add-on, and billing cycle displayed in the product at the time of purchase or change. Some features may be available only to airline owners or admins.

If a paid subscription or add-on is described as recurring, it renews automatically until canceled. Trials, introductory access, proration, upgrade timing, downgrade timing, and renewal dates are governed by the flow and disclosures shown in the service when you start or change the subscription.

You authorize FlightLinq and its payment processors to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees, add-ons, taxes, and other amounts you approve. Unless we state otherwise in writing or applicable law requires it, payments are non-refundable and non-creditable once charged.

If payment fails, if billing information is incomplete, or if an account becomes delinquent, we may restrict paid features, downgrade access, pause subscription benefits, or suspend related airline functionality until the issue is resolved.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

FlightLinq may interoperate with third-party services such as Stripe, Discord, SimBrief, Navigraph, SayIntentions, VATSIM, IVAO, simulator software, map and weather data providers, and other integrations we support over time.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and availability. FlightLinq is not responsible for third-party products, content, outages, policy changes, or decisions made by those providers.

8. Service Changes, Availability, and Support

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, pricing, limits, or parts of the service at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical, but some changes may be immediate for security, legal, or operational reasons.

FlightLinq is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or preservation of every record in the event of outages, provider failures, user error, or force majeure events.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using FlightLinq at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms, threatens platform security or reliability, creates legal risk, fails to satisfy billing obligations, or misuses integrations or other users' data.

Termination or cancellation does not require FlightLinq to immediately delete records. We may retain account, audit, billing, security, and airline operational records as described in the Privacy Policy and as needed for dispute resolution, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and service integrity.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightLinq is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or secure.

Scores, analytics, route suggestions, operational alerts, simulator-derived events, financial estimates, and automated decisions are informational tools and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightLinq and its affiliates, operators, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightLinq's total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to FlightLinq for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 U.S. dollars.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlightLinq and its affiliates, operators, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date published on this page, and we may also provide notice in the product or by email for material changes.

Your continued use of FlightLinq after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
