Start in the web app to join or create your airline, then install the desktop app to connect to the simulator. Book a flight, complete and validate your flight in pre-flight, the ACARS will track the rest
The web app is useful for accessing FlightLinq anywhere on any device. The desktop app can do everything, but it is required for the ACARS connection
Joining an airline is very simple in FlightLinq. There are dozens of airlines actively recruiting pilots. Each airline has their own unique experience to offer. You can join as many airlines as you want!
FlightLinq supports Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024 and X-Plane
Booking reserves the flight plan. Pre-Flight Briefing verifies you are actually ready to track: aircraft match, position, safe-start readiness, and Bridge connectivity (plus any airline policy gates).
Flights are recorded when completed, but most totals and leaderboards update when the related PIREP reaches approved status based on airline review policy.
Yes. Admins can tune scoring strictness, thresholds for auto-approval. The pilot gets to chose whether or not to submit a flight for logging, the airline gets to decide what flight counts in their airline's sim
FlightLinq calculated the landing rate at the moment of impact vs other apps calculate it over a short time frame. This gives the most accurate snapshot of the landing.
Starter is free. Paid plans are recurring subscriptions managed by the airline owner in the Billing tab. Before you confirm a paid change, FlightLinq shows the renewal timing and any immediate charge, proration, or trial details that apply.
Cancellation usually stops future renewal and keeps the current paid access active through the end of the current billing period unless the product explicitly says a change is immediate.
Yes. Plan changes are handled in Billing. Some upgrades can take effect immediately, while downgrades or some reductions may be scheduled for the next renewal so your current billing period stays consistent.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise at purchase, processed subscription charges are generally non-refundable. Review the Billing flow and Terms of Service before confirming paid changes.
Yes. FlightLinq supports routes, hubs, fleet health, logistics assignments, events, communications, finance controls, and role-based staff permissions from one admin suite.
Core integrations include SimBrief, Discord, and SayIntentions checks when enabled by airline policy. FlightLinq can also automatically send OFPs directly to VATSIM and IVAO users
FlightLinq has a built-in support center right in the app to help guide you through every page. Additionally, for technical support and bug reporting, send an email or reach out through the community Discord server.
