Additional airlines and annual renewal boosts

Commercial additional airlines cost $5 per month or $50 per year per slot. Prices are in USD, before applicable tax.

On annual billing, airline boosts bank at $2 per boost-month, including proportional partial months, with no monthly earning cap. They reduce the next annual renewal to as little as $50, plus $10 per additional airline. Initial signup is charged at the full annual price.

Unused accumulated boosts expire at the end of each annual term. Assignments stay in place. Boosts have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable into monthly billing.

Is FlightLinq still free for pilots?

Yes. Standard pilot access is free forever. Pilots can use FlightLinq ACARS, join unlimited airlines, own personal aircraft, and keep a core flight record without subscribing.

What does Pilot Pro add?

Pilot Pro is an optional personal subscription with a layered pilot identity: an uploaded profile banner, custom single-color avatar frames, three coordinated themes, Jet Orbit, an expanded catalog of pilot titles, profile and logbook headers, and OBS overlays. Earned beta and donor frames remain exclusive. Pilot Pro also includes five HD screenshots per flight, personal aircraft maintenance, custom injected flight sounds, flight save files, mobile flight controls, auto-pausing, and two airline boosts.

What happens to my Pilot Pro appearance if I cancel?

Your selected Pilot Pro appearance stays saved. It remains visible through any paid-through period or valid payment grace, returns to the standard treatment after access ends, and restores automatically if you resubscribe. Permanent beta and donor avatar frames are unchanged.

Is Pilot Pro the same as an airline subscription?

No. Pilot Pro follows an individual pilot account. Airline subscriptions belong to airline owners and unlock airline limits, admin automations, integrations, and advanced operational features.

How do Pilot Pro airline boosts work?

Pilot Pro includes two airline boosts that a pilot can assign to eligible airlines they fly for. Boosts help support those member airlines, but they do not replace the airline owner's subscription or change who manages the airline plan.

Can I create an airline with the Starter tier?

Yes. Starter is designed for a new airline getting online with FlightLinq's core workflow before moving up to higher limits or advanced admin features.

Can I switch subscription tiers later?

Yes. Airline owners can change plans in the Billing tab. Depending on the change, it may take effect immediately with proration or at the next renewal. Your airline data stays with the account.

Does my airline get removed if we pause our subscription?

No. Subscription cancellation or downgrade does not automatically delete your airline. Paid feature access can change at the end of the billing period, but airline records are preserved subject to product policy.

Does everyone need to subscribe?

No. FlightLinq remains free for standard pilot use. Pilot Pro is optional for individual pilot upgrades, and airline plans are only needed when an airline owner wants higher limits or advanced billing-gated tools.

Do paid plans renew automatically?

Yes. If you start a paid plan or add-on identified as recurring, it renews automatically until canceled. Renewal timing is shown in the Billing flow before you confirm.

Are paid plan charges refundable?

Generally no. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise at purchase, charges are non-refundable once processed.
