No. Pilot Pro follows an individual pilot account. Airline subscriptions belong to airline owners and unlock airline limits, admin automations, integrations, and advanced operational features.
Pilot Pro includes two airline boosts that a pilot can assign to eligible airlines they fly for. Boosts help support those member airlines, but they do not replace the airline owner's subscription or change who manages the airline plan.
Yes. Starter is designed for a new airline getting online with FlightLinq's core workflow before moving up to higher limits or advanced admin features.
Yes. Airline owners can change plans in the Billing tab. Depending on the change, it may take effect immediately with proration or at the next renewal. Your airline data stays with the account.
No. Subscription cancellation or downgrade does not automatically delete your airline. Paid feature access can change at the end of the billing period, but airline records are preserved subject to product policy.
No. FlightLinq remains free for standard pilot use. Pilot Pro is optional for individual pilot upgrades, and airline plans are only needed when an airline owner wants higher limits or advanced billing-gated tools.
Yes. If you start a paid plan or add-on identified as recurring, it renews automatically until canceled. Renewal timing is shown in the Billing flow before you confirm.
